My area of expertise is focused on underwriting investment opportunities that deliver optimal return on investment based on my client’s needs, wants, and dreams.

My professional experience began after I finished my degrees and worked in upper management for several major American retailers, I joined the State of California as a Re-Insurance & Structured Settlement Consultant. In this role, I was responsible for negotiating high-cost cases for the state.

Soon afterward, I was prospected by a large real estate firm, which quickly attracted me to opening my own firm. Since then, I have concentrated on selling investment properties, with a focus on the hospitality and oil & gas industries, including hotels and gas stations. I have also owned several investment properties and businesses. I purchased my first hotel in 1998 which had 185 rooms, a restaurant, and a bar in Monterey County, California as well as my first gas station in 2003.

I thoroughly enjoy helping clients diversify, position, protect, and grow their property investments.

Based on your needs, I will help you with your real estate investments objectives and help you achieve your investment needs. Unlike other Real Estate Agents/ Brokers, I have operated my own hotels/gas stations/food concepts for so long that I understand both the buyers and the sellers. In my case I don’t buy and sell the blue sky, everything has to make sense based on numbers and circumstances. It is very difficult for me to buy and sell if I am not fully convinced. I will help you properly analyze the investment to meet your needs based on my knowledge and experience.

I have significant experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on hotels and motels, the oil & gas industry with a concentration on gas stations, as well as investment properties, both residential and commercial.

My vast career has given me the opportunity to help others in many ways. I have operated my own companies for over 20 years while providing real estate expertise to clients for over 30 years. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients buy and/or sell commercial businesses.
